Not once have I been able to view my schedule or anything else on the app. We have reset the password multiple times, cleared the cache, un-installed, reinstalled. It allows me to log in, but only thing I can see is an all white background nothing else. Only reason it is still installed.. when there is a shift change(like come in later or earlier) I sometimes get a notification pop up to let me know to reach out and find start time.

This is my first time having issues with logging into the app. When logging in on smartphone the purple border appears and the screen stays blank with no indication of loading. Downloading the app on my computer is giving a timing out notification. Something is wrong with the app and not the credentials. If I am able to change my password then I am still employed. 5 starts until this experience.

The app is buggy, such as you can completely log out and close out of the app, not check your schedule for days, restart/powerdown your device and turn it back on and the app will give you prompts after attemping to log in like "the page you are trying to access is no longer available." The only thing that seems to remedy these issues is deleting the app completely off the device and redownloading the application. It also doesn't send push notification sometimes when the scheduling changes.
