Ratings and reviews

JuanHand is a convenient app and works well if you are a consistent payer. However, once you miss a payment, even if you eventually settle in full, the system is quite strict and does not provide second chances. It would be better if the app considered repayment history more fairly. My Credit offer is already high, they say I need to wait for a month before I can reapply, I waited, I reapplied and failed, they said I need to reapply again, waited for a year, still nothing, very misleading.

I just paid off my current loan and I have two active loans that are about to get finished as well. It's disappointing that after I paid off my first loan and maintained paying my dues actively and on time, they declined me. Anyways, I'm thinking of stopping from using this app.

i just download it. just want to look just incase i decide to take their offer. so far the app is very smooth and interface is very easy to navigate. it has a fixed offer payable in jist 1 month😅 but very low interest rate. thats nice...but i did not avail it..
