Ratings and reviews

Outright lies about delivery times. I've used it for a while now and this is how they BS you, you select a restaurant and they say 25 to 35 mins delivery. when you order that time keeps jumping up. Shamelessly after 35 mins (claimed max time) it still shows up to 24 to 45 mins ETA and there is no recourse to them messing you around. It also occasionally takes orders from restaurants that are not even open.

Easy to use app, usually deliveries are great, as a disabled person I've also used it for quick groceries and it is great for this. It could improve the returns on the returns options though, especially where an item is missed from an order. There's no great options really for sorting minor complaints, even though there is a refund process.

The new one payments system is rubbish. Used to just pop up with Google wallet, scan my fingerprint and done. Now it sends me a one time passcode to access my card details, takes ages to come through then after entering the code tells me I don't have an account! Entered the card details manually in the end. Not exactly that labour intensive but a backwards step for the app

What’s new

All delivery orders are now contact-free. You can leave a note with any special delivery instructions for the restaurant at the checkout.
