What a lousy app! Placed an order for delivery on 29-10 1pm. But it got registered as delivery on 30-10 1pm!!! No option to cancel the order other than calling the careline! Best part? Careline isn't working! Can't even select language options! I've been charged nearly RM200 for meals I don't need!

The worst app of all. Place an order with some voucher. During payment process the system hang. Call the outlet few times to cancel the order. Nobody answered. Of course nothing being delivered because payment has not been made. After 24 hours the app still shows pending payment and hold the voucher. App always keep loading.

Delivery more expansive than other app and extra processing charges. Not user friendly app. The voucher not real. When you login app, click on the voucher. It will redirect to web. When you try to login web, it redirect to web.
