When it works, it constantly asks for verification. You sure thats your fingerprint? Lets see your password. Oh, you know that too? We better make you change it then. Still got that fingerprint? Oh, better text you a verification code. Okay, now you can sign in, but first, let me see that fingerprint again. All of that, every time i tried to check my schedule. When it worked, now i just get server errors and cant get in. At all.

Constantly freezing or produces blank screens. Often times I have to authenticate two or even three times before it accepts without logging me out. Multiple occasions have had issues with the time sheet attestation function so I have to click through an additional three or four screens every time I need to punch. I don't know why anyone would use this.

Completely broken! Logs you out EVERY TIME you close the app. Unrelenting prompts to install the new app. Open the app - prompt. Go to any function then click back to main menu - PROMPT!! Makes the app unusable. But hey, once you install the "new app" you can delete this one, right? RIGHT? NOPE!!! NO DATA trasnfers over. No schedule or ability to punch in/out. I tried ten different ways and I'm ex-IT. This app is hot garbage written by idiots and this product should have never made it to market.
