Ratings and reviews

In order to enable dual device pairing you have to use the app, but the app doesn't have the settings for that. If you choose the customer support link it takes you to a disorganized website that keeps popping up windows over windows that block the one you need to access. An absolute waste of time. Please simplify and consolidate the options. It's not impossible to include those settings on the app. Lesser brands have done it... unless that's your way of mining personal information.

I used to use this app pretty regularly. The neckband still works because my phone connects, but the app no longer will connect to them, at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've disconnected and reconnected the neckband. I've tried everything. Whatever you guys did with your updates, you royally messed up your product. It's worthless as an app. Definitely cannot use to locate neckband since it cannot connect, much less do anything else.

I like it that it can read my texts through my Bluetooth. That's one of the reasons why I keep going back to the LG Bluetooth headsets. Only complaint is that sometimes it just keeps repeating my text or texts and I have to shut off and turn my headset back on for it to stop. Or randomly just say the text again an hour later. Very annoying especially if you listening to music or whatever.
