Ratings and reviews

No way explain my experience nicely Afrer i upgraded to unlimited i only had bad experiences. The app was so buggy that it took me about a week to cancel a card and order a new metal card. It took about 24 hours to get help from customer service (they answered me AFTER I solved the problem). And then i have been waiting almost 3 weeks to get the card approved. Almost transfered everything from Revolut to Lunar so I could use it as my daily bank. But not after this. 15 usd down the drain

Overall, the app is nice. However, I would love if the bellow features could be added in future development. 1. Limit setting on fund transfer (so that there's no risk of unwanted transfer) 2. Limit setting on ATM/POS/e-commerce transactions (so that less risk if the card is lost or stolen)

App is ok. Not as good or feature rich as Revolut. Also it's a rather expensive service, given you have to pay per transaction, which is crazy given the low cost of banking these days. The premium accounts are nowhere near as good value as other non Danish providers. Is it better than other Danish banks? Sure, but that's a low bar! If you're looking for a low cost basic account for mandatory Danish needs. This will do the job
