App keeps on crashing, you pay money for a subscription and the app cannot load. Crazy!! I already emailed to product support. Don't know what the development and support team does. Forget the features, you can't even load the app. Better use other news providers. Waste of money. Is there a way where a remaining month wise refund can be made.?

I have had a terrible experience with this app. Whenever I try to open the app by clicking any notification received from the Hindu, the app opens, then freezes & then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, but to no avail. I had reported this issue to app support on the 24th of October, that is more than a month back. I was advised that the issue will be resolved with the next update. I have no idea when that update will happen as my subsequent mails have gone unanswered.

The app doesn't open at all. It keeps crashing on my Pixel 9 pro xl. I have an active subscription but I couldn't even open the app. I see that a lot of users reported the same issue. So, instead of asking everyone for mail with details you test the app properly on the mentioned devices. Edit: The problem occurs when the screen resolution is set to 1008*2244 but if I set it to 1344*2992 the problem goes away. Please fix the issue.
