Ratings and reviews

Worked great until recently. The app is extremely slow. It says there's an error and to try again later. After several tries, the error still exists. Update: I received an email from the developer stating they are unaware of issues affecting the service and suggest I use the browser. 1. There are several recent reviews mentioning the app being slower than before. 2. Why would I want to use the browser if I downloaded the app? 🤔

Most of the time I can't get on. If I need to change my payment date, it won't let me in the app. Which results in failed payments. It always tells me somethings wrong and try again later. I try again later and I get the same message but it also says our team is working on it. I have updated, uninstalled and installed and nothing! Are they really working on it? It's getting really frustrating!

If you want to pay half for every single purchase instead of the 4 payment, then this is the app for you. Doesn't matter how long you've been a loyal customer. Or that you've never missed a payment. Or that you even make your payments early. They will charge double. Every.Single.Time. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company. There are far better apps/companies out there. This one is straigh trash.
