I managed to get the app and my account working again by creating a new account, which seemed a bit strange I needed to do that. I'm disappointed with support, I attempted to contact them a couple of times and only got automated replies. The app is useful and makes it easy to have all your lab results in one place and be able to make appointments from the app.

Works well for scheduling appointments and viewing test results. I appreciate the convenience of biometric sign-in. Would be nice if the app didn't alert me to enable "this permission" (the app doesn't say which, but I declined location and phone) every time I connect. I set permissions the way I need them to be, please stop the alerts.

On Samsung phone, Cannot turn on notifications even through settings. Does not completely install, will not use my PC account info even restarted phone. It needs some work. It wants you to sign up and buy tests even though I just want results. Back to PC, I was able to get results. It sure wasn't easy. Retired IT Consultant.

What's new

When scheduling an appointment:
• The location search results are now limited to a 25-mile radius and show the nearest 5 locations at a time.
• The Confirmation screen now provides check in information for the visually impaired.
