I strongly advise against placing orders through the app, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite completing the payment, the shipment was never delivered. Furthermore, there has been no response to follow-up emails or customer inquiries, reflecting a serious lack of accountability and customer service

This app does not show my coffee machine & I cannot pair it with my device. I also battled to order pods on the app, which is very frustrating. It also still shows orders that were incomplete due to app issues & cannot be removed.

It doesn't connect to the Vertuo machine as described on the box and in the accompanying documents. Fake advertising on Nespresso's part. Since Nov till Sep, still no Bluetooth support for South African Vertuo devices.
