fine app but buggy; searching a second time often doesn't work & in the past has frozen up if you try and scroll too far down a list. the search bug seems to be getting worse. otherwise a very good service

Good selection of groceries available. Lots of offers. App works really well and as it should.

Many items on Zoom by Ocado can be bought cheaper directly from Ocado & M&S. Zoom by Ocado may choose to charge more for products but this 10% to 20% premium shouldn't be hidden in the item price. Instead, it should be clearly distinguishable via a separate surcharge e.g. "Zoom service charge".
