I have been unable to register for an account because the app freezes everytime I try to send the OTP. On top of that, the OTP only sends to phone when I want to send it to email. For reference, this is on a Samsung S25 Ultra - so no outdated phone. Customer service is unhelpful as I am not in Pakistan and cannot go to a physical branch. Very disappointed.

When I try to register, I receive otp but otp screen freezes. I've tried literally every possible way I could find. I filed a complaint, after 10 days, they said issue is resolved & you need to complete biometric verification. Now its also done. I tried again in the branch. Nothing worked. I have given all the permissions to the app. The app is up to date. I tried different phones, changed keyboards (gboard and default keyboard). Reinstalled app, restarted mobile. Its been over a month now.

ridiculous the worst banking app ever despite having all the correct information to log in error messages show up. went to a branch and was advised to call help line. help line unavailable so that's where I'm at. can't access my account which has my money in due to a pathetic system in place
