In parcel delivery, after reaching the drop location, OTP is not sent to customer's mobile and until the OTP is not submitted, the amount is not being told. The app is still showing the same customer. There is no option to talk to customer care. I am worried since last three days, the app has not closed yet. I have delivered to the customer without OTP. I did not get the money. The customer said that he has made the online payment but the app is still open, it is not completed, so I am not able

Worst app. Continuously loading and not accepting ride. Automatically opens Google maps making phone slower and discharging battery quickly. The location indicator in the app does not moving while I'm driving. This always leads to open Google maps (or) close and reopen the app.. in known regular routes. This is irritating and distracting while driving. Ola says zero commission, zero platform fee but cutting 19 Rs for only going online for few seconds. It's a scam.

Ola appears to have one of the worst driver apps. It often seems like trips are fake—several times I've reached the pickup location, notified the passenger, and called them, but they never answer. Before the waiting time even ends, the trip gets cancelled. Drivers don’t get paid for these trips, so any distance driven to reach the pickup point becomes a complete loss
