Worst UI, if an order comes it occupies the home screen, it annoys alot if we have finishing order. Order flow is decent but please do fix it and the volume it makes the volume to full, we as riders generally wear Bluetooth, it blasts our eardrums. To sustain in this competitive world please be updated with the app, some times location issues.

Worst app not user friendly. There is no dedicated customer care support for riders. when you are on a ride then only you can talk with the support staff for an ongoing ride or previous ride. If you have issue with completed ride like ride amount not credited in to your wallet you can not call to support staff, you search 🔍 in the world map also you didn't found the customer care number. Simply worst service to riders.👎👎👎

Mostly 3rd class bike driver app always minus high penalty amount without any reason and no customer support available for the solution. Food and parcel delivery agency doing this. When you going to the restaurant or store for the food or parcel and if they denying to handover the order and cancel the order or delay over 1 hour this Ola app charging high penalty amount from the bike rider. totally 3rd class bike driver app.
