The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

This app is pretty straightforward, easy for the whole family to browse selections and make their own customized meals. There's never confusion from PE regarding choices and we're always satisfied with our orders. -As of 11/03/2022, the app had some updates which make ordering even easier. This is the best way to order Panda Express, hands down. Other fast service restaurants would do well to model their apps on this one. Bon appetit, friends!

tge app is good when it works. However, it rarely does. I eat there all the time on the fly when my app us working so I can collect points. However, the app goes weeks or even a couple of months without working. It's been over 3 weeks since I was last able to add my points to my rewards and you only have 7 days to do so. It's very frustrating when you are low on funds but have almost 3000 points and can't access them to use them.
