Downloaded the app, but it won't take any form of payment. I tried 3 different credit cards, including Google payments. Took about 10 minutes of fumbling before I just paid by card at the meter. What a world app, when there is always an error adding a payment method. Had a 2nd person try too...same issue. I think the app is dead.

I can't wait for the National Parking Scheme to get set up, because instead of having dozens of apps to pay for parking you'll be able to choose one and pay for all your parking around the country from one app. And when it's time to choose an app, this will NOT be the one I choose! Changed car recently, put personal plate on, DVLA confirmation instantly sent to me, yet a full month later PayByPhone still hasn't updated their data and I can't add my new car, so I can't use it to park!

Until recently this was a brilliant app and worked perfectly. Convenient, quick, and effective. Then payment verification was introduced and it just won't work. The verification request goes to the bank successfully, and can be authorised correctly, but this app then insists its been declined. Unfortunately Pay By Phone seem insistent that its not their problem but its happening with multiple different banks and is now preventing me from using the app (and paying their commission!).
