I already had issues with Paytel in general,considering the quality of service and considering how outrageous the prices are. BUT NOW I'm really frustrated, I have not been able to sign in for more than 2 days and have no way to get ahold of anybody to find out why. The 1-800 customer service number just rings busy and no one seems to be keeping us informed about how, when, or if the issues will be fixed. Tighten up!

Android vs. Apple on this app has 2 different views. With Android, u can't scroll up to read through the messages because it refreshes the screen instead. If a long message is sent, you can't read all the way up. Apple will let you go up in messages & read old messages. If you're replying to something, screenshot the old message because you won't be able to go back & see it. The area to type in is so small u cant double-check your own message. Calls are hit & miss on being able to hear.

This app sucks. Spend 15-10 minutes typing something up and then try to send it and it disappears. Or trying to open the app and it won't even open, keeps giving an error option. Spend hours trying to open the app with no luck, even after Uninstalling the app and installing it, it still won't open, I've even clear the cache and cookies in my phone hoping that would help. I have called and made a complaint about the technical errors and seems to still not have been fixed. Please fix issues.
