Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

The current version already needs an update. I got a new card and had to go through the process of placing an order just to update my card information. They used to have really good coupons or offers but you can no longer see them in advance of ordering. All coupons only appear at checkout if you happen to order an item that triggers a coupon. Then you can see all the offers but you would have to go back in the app and change your order to use them. Accessing the menu improved.

The new app functions well, but they completely removed the coupons. The older version had tons of great coupons, which was my main motivator for eating at Checkers. Removing these coupons is incredibly anti-consumer, and I don't plan on eating there again, despite having done so dozens of times over the years. Very disappointing to see this move.
