The old app worked much better. this is junk. I go to create an account (and it asks for your birthday but you can't manually enter, you have to scroll each month individually through YEARS to get to your birth date). It says i already have an account with that email. Try to log in, no luck. Click "forgot password" but it just gives me an error so I can't log in. The old app never gave my problems. It was user friendly and simple. Now I can't get rewards!

It takes longer to order when they have to find the customer on the register before taking the order. This slows things up when you have a long line behind you. Belsay Rd store is great in helping you understand but some cashiers get flustered when trying to get it right. Hopefully things will get better as time goes by.

App crashes every time I switch to delivery. I tried several different devices and I tried both choosing delivery before selecting items and switching to delivery from the cart. Could not get the app to not crash.
