no option to reorder your favourite juice, have to customize it every time. annoying. also bugs me that no way to track your order reliably to know when it's actually ready in store. kinda have to turn up and wait, often have to go to the counter to ensure they're aware of online order. Wait times can be over 35mins otherwise.

I have been going to this place for over a year (ugh, that's a lot of money), and I have to say I love their selections and the freshness of everything they make and offer. The customer service has been great so far. The place is almost always busy, which is another plus because you know the food is definitely moving in and out. I would definitely recommend this place, especiall if you are in the mood for something sweet and healthy or just a straight-up veggie drink for the more health consci

HORRIBLE. I enter my username (email address) and password, but the "login" button remains greyed-out. The app worked fine for the first month or so--until I redeemed my Rewards points for a free smoothie. After that, no ability to log in. My emails to Juice Generation tech support get answered promptly and professionally, but still no APP FIX. So every visit to the store I have to read them my (very long) email address and pay cash. Not Good.
