By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.

It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.

How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration

After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.

Ratings and reviews

It should be much easier to find the rates each parking charges. It was my first time using it a few days ago and what I thought was €2 per hour was in reality per 22 minutes. The app didn't display the full information and I simply assumed, my mistake. End result: €22 for 4 hours. I also find the app a bit cumbersome when it comes to locating parkings, it's messy when it comes to using touch for maps. While it's convenient I will need to think twice before using it again.

Okay app, similar to Easypark, but happy to have switched to Qpark. 💸 The Android widget is completely useless since it keep freaking me out that I have an ongoing session (I do not). Similarly, the ongoing session system notification also does not update once I end the session and I have to swipe it away manually.

Very slow and confusing app. We got a fine because we didn't enter the license plate number in the exact right way, which is very confusing to do in the app if you have a foreign license plate. When I tried to place a complaint on the webpage, the page wouldn't accept my entries, without stating what the problem was, even though I filled in all the fields correctly (error message: "There has been a technical error"). I'm never gonna park at a Q-Park again and I deleted the app.
