No option to cancel orders: Order was more than one hour late and I wanted to cancel so I can go to sleep, but you can not. You have only online chat and no one responded, the order arrived 1.5 hours later yet before they could reply and cancel it. So basically they can delay your order but you cannot cancel, you are forced to wait for it no matter how long. They didn't even return the "fast delivery (20min)" extra fees 😀 after the 2.5 hrs delivery.

The 20min claim is a frivolous joke. Not one time I've received my order before the 1hr (or near it) mark. I always issue complaints but get to nowhere (long wait) The time promise is absolutely confusing! I base my timing on your promise but always under deliver & I keep thinking it's not gonna happen again! Iced coffee usually arrives with melted ice or no ice at all! Hot drinks arrive cold & so on. Quality of packaging and storage is good. Other than that, dissapointing experience.
