I had a little bit of difficulty getting the app to go into the in-store scan mode. The first first few attempts the app opened for scanning at the pump but eventually switched over to the in-store mode. I think it's a great app and honestly has some amazing functionality. I can't necessarily think of anything that it needs.

This app works for both fuel and in-store purchases. Fueling is fast, efficient, and paperless. With automatic scanning at the exit, I don't even have to stop for a cart-check. Very quick and efficient. For both fuel and in-store purchases, no paper receipts are needed and all transactions are accessible for bookkeeping purposes.

I enjoy this app; it makes the checkout process much easier. However, I would like to see an option to renew my membership directly within the app. I spoke with two assistants yesterday who informed me that I needed to go to either the checkout or customer service to renew my membership, as I was using the Scan & Go feature. I went to customer service, but I couldn't find any option in the app to renew my membership.
