I think it's a great app it makes banking a lot easier especially with the bad service we as Zambians normally get from banks. Only 3 stars because I feel there is still room for improvement it doesn't feel as snappy as other apps so I assume it's not a native app. It's not very intuitive as well I can't access some services am told it's because some of my information is missing but I have had a lot of trouble finding where to insert that information. Still the best option in the county though.

I don't have a problem with the app The issue is with their service I recently attempted to withdraw money from a non sc atm as it was closer to home, the money was not withdrawn but my balance showed that I did. I called the call center agent who responded that it was going to take a week to sort out the mistrassaction... I was very frustrated and inconvenienced as I had moms healthy bills to pay (those where very important) it took a week and and some days for them to do the reversal..!

Very disappointing experience with this bank. My card was suddenly declined without any prior communication. I only discovered it by chance, and when I called customer service, they told me it was due to “missing information” – after 4 years of banking with them! Suddenly, they claimed that my TIPN was missing. I sent an email to customer service, but even after 9 days, I have not received any response. My card is still blocked. The staff were very rude and showed no respect for customers.
