Ratings and reviews

This app is so heavy, not friendly and distracting user experience with too many popups when opening the app. Ridiculously, there is popup that require me to tap the X button 3 times to close. This was done so that user will miss the X button on the attempts of closing to open the popup live shows. What a lame and ridiculous attempt on Shoppe to force user to look at their live shows. Pathetic.

I have used shopee for long time.. somehow my camera has problem, and when I tried to log in, it keeps asking me to make face verification.. I feel very frustrated because no other choice for verification.. I already asking shopee assistant, and somehow they said that nothing they can do.. they just left me with 1 choice, that I just need to change my phone.. please give another option for verification.. thanks

Everything else is good, but can u please improve the search function in the app. Whenever I'm searching for something, only around 5 are related, and others are things I previously liked or those random items from shop I followed. I need to browse the shops personally and found many items related but never appear in my search.
