Ratings and reviews

Misleading prices displaying the cheapest price for multiple product for sale. E.g. New RC car $10. While inside the actual car cost $200 and $10 just for some random sticker. This has become such a waste of time to browse for item. One way is if there are multiple items with different price range, do put it up front. Another way is to ensure front page item and price match. Advocate for accurate description of products not scam, clickbait and dishonest advertising. Convoluted vouchers.

Delivery partners are dishonest and claims that 'nobody is home' hence items are left at doorstep. In reality, there is someone at home and doorbell wasn't even rung, not even a knock at the door. App is getting a bit lag and some features seems to be at error, especially the ones that allow users to earn coins or benefits.

Best e-commerce shopping platform in SG for sure. Update: Insane how I've been using this platform for years and decided to give them a 5-star review only yesterday and today I faced an issue with payment (not my fault) and all the CS did was be standard template and then perfunctory with me. Further update: Believe the CS really patronised me and said that she would get back to me on the matter, but marked the enquiry as resolved, for the love of God. LASTLY, DON'T SCAM W/ YOUR "VOUCHERS"!
