Normally I'm not one to rate an app so quickly, but I tried this app right after a full-body workout tonight. As per my usual, I had a weird headache/nausea mix after the workout, but by the time I finished this app's workout, it was all gone. Maybe it's a fluke, but nothing I've done has ever made it disapate so fast and completely so whatever the correlation is, I'll take it. Aside from that, this seems like a streamlined, clear app.

Pros: I could feel my (left) eye discharging tension as I did the exercises. I didn't realize how much stress my left eye had been holding. Definitely a very helpful app. Cons: I would like to see a note at the end of the exercise encouraging the continuation of the exercises by expanding the range of motion. I. E., repeat the exercises using the corners of a book or room, and not just the corners of the phone.

Dear developers, I really like your app and enjoy doing eye exercises. Everything is very simple and effective. I would like to suggest you an addition that can radically increase the use of your application. Please add the ability to edit the duration of the exercises. For example, in such exercises as frequent blinking, stereo picture, add the ability to change the time to perform the exercise. And in all other exercises add the ability for the user to adjust the number of approaches.
