If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I've downloaded the app to track an item I'm getting from Malaysia, however when I try to open the app, it is stuck on the loading screen. I thought maybe it needed a little longer to load but after 30 minutes, it was STILL on the loading screen. What is the point of having an app that doesn't work. You are better off just using the website. Extremely disappointed.

Your app sucks. You've made a simple process of GST payment more difficult by forcing users to download an app that makes no sense and difficult to use and pay. Please have a website as a payment method. After payment the app doesn't refresh the item progress, just indicates payment can still be done. Bad UI, UX and logic is even worse.

Had to use it once. Worked fine. A couple of months later (17-aug-24) i had to use it again. Requires an update. Unable to use after the update as my phone is "jailbroken", which is not. Why is this app required to even access the website for web services? Whoever decided this was the move forward, I hope every time you leave the house a pidgeon craps on you
