Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. I've come to edit my review. Now I could see the information of my balance, points, and my data usage even though I updated the App, restarted my phone and cleared the cache. Then, your connection now is too slow, in and out. There are times that almost 12-hours we couldn't use the service without notifying us if you're on maintenance or what. And you never compensate us! No customer service in the App to raise & fix our concern.

this app is not working anymore every time i open the app the icons will not show it always loading. Even if i have a good internet connection it still doesn't show. all i get is a blank white page. i already refreshed it many times, uninstalled and installed it back still the app is not working properly and just shows a white and always loading page. Please fix this how I am able to subscribe to any promos if i can't see the icons on the app.

The app is easy to use and manage. The downside is that I used to be able to pay my balance amount using my Giga points, but now it's useless as it just expires and not able to use it. Transferring points to someone is also limited with additional charges. Very disappointed with the changes made. I moved out of the country and the Giga points I earn as a long-time customer are USELESS. ===== Update as of 8/15: Brought the rating from 2 to 1. The response is just AWFUL!
