Constantly fails to update, sometimes for days. I know it's not my internet or line of sight from/to the panels. It will work and update flawlessly for days, then stop, then suddenly work again. Update 10/19: I've done the technical assistance. Now it's worse. My data from Wednesday is still changing today (Saturday), but the app leads you to think a day is complete as it shows "some data" all day long. Ex. FULL SUN for 3 days, it shows I peaked at 8kw each day, then continues on. Now 1 star.

unable to utilize the app. when I log into the app or the web version keep receiving a loading screen on the app and an error 500 on the web page. not very useful if I can't use it. tried calling support and it wants me to utilize the web chat for support that does not give me an option to type what the issue is. Just multiple choices to choose from and none are app issues.

The app does give you current information on production as well as history. Unfortunately it gives you no notifications if you have a problem. My inverter failed entirely. It was generating no power for days. If I do not open the app and check production repeatedly during daylight hours I have no way of knowing there's a problem. If there is no power generation for more than 24 hours why am I not notified? This seems it would be very critical information.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We do notify about no production or no communication but currently as a banner at the top of the dashboard page. We are working on adding a push notification when the site is not producing for more than 24 hours.
