Purchases: Reload your account quickly and securely from anywhere. Payments can be made with your checking account and will be credited to your meter automatically. If you’d like to make an in-person cash payment, you can access your digital cash payment card through the app.

Purchase History and Usage: Get a snapshot of your purchase history and view how much energy you’re using.

Credit Remaining: Receive hourly updates to see how much credit is left on your meter and get an estimate of how many days it will last.

Lately (last couple of months), it doesn't fit my screen. I have a Samsung galaxy s21 and I can see the top of something blue but I can't tell what it is. I also can't see the bottom part of the other fields. Also, with the exception of remaining power, all other fields say "information unavailable ". Basically, the only thing I CAN do, is pay. This is a fairly new problem...please fix it.

Very easy and useful usually. Recently displays usage and payment data from past to present which is odd. I can't find a way to change it back. Also like other reviews, it no longer gives low power warning, for last 3 months, I don't get notifications from app. I received only payment notification by text but not from app and low power warning comes only thru app. Please fix this, thank you.

When they say power at your fingertips, believe it! Extremely convenient to use. If you have an Empower box and your electric runs out just click the app, add $, and your power is instantly back on usually within seconds! The app let's you check your power usage, see how much you have on your account, and manage how much you're willing to pay at a time. It also lets you connect immediately to customer service if needed. It's a great app.
