Really bad service. The customer service team clearly has no skills to deal with customers — maybe they aren’t even trained properly. Expect to wait at least an hour for your order, only for them to say “it’s on the way.” Last time I ordered, the app showed that the delivery guy had picked it up. T hirty minutes later, I called him — and he said he wasn’t even at the restaurant yet! Save yourself the frustration. Just use a different app.

As a subscriber, I'm sharing some feedback on recent updates that have impacted my experience. I used to find the 'Meals for One' deal to be a great budget-friendly option, especially with the included free delivery. I’ve noticed that this now requires a minimum spend of over 30 AED to qualify for free delivery. Additionally, I saw that a 3 AED charge for cash on delivery has been introduced. From my perspective, these changes have altered the value of the subscription for my personal needs.

Terrible experience with the use of the online payment, I payed online but my order was not placed the app just stopped and then restarted. I went to check my bank account I saw I wad charged the full amount, while no food was delivered. What was even worse than all of this, I couldn't reach to customer service. No matter how much I looked around in the app there was no way to complain. I wrote them an email to request a refund and an explanation and was ignored too
