Ratings and reviews

The app took an age to load, with nothing but a spinning wheel. When that finally disappeared I was told "my browser had hit a snag" and I needed to complete a Captcha to verify myself. Fair enough, except I did that, successfully, literally about 15 times but was just caught in an infinite loop. Finally I noticed that the menu option was available and clicked that, after which I was able to use the app. Pretty poor.

Horrible.First of all, the simple fact that you HAVE TO install the app to download the ticket is ridiculous. I bought a ticket, just send me the ticket. I don't care about your app. But wait, it gets worse. I tried installing it and it doesn't even work - endlessly stuck with the loading circle on the white screen. Luckily another reviewer posted a workaround so I'll be able to get into the event I paid for after all. Terrible experience, avoid at all cost!

Absolutely terrible. Had an email from Ticketmaster saying I need to download the app to access the tickets I've already bought. Easy for them to say. I'd like to see them try and get access to their own app. As others are saying, you just get an endless loading icon. I've tried allowing all permissions, but still nothing. Great job, Ticketmaster. Get it fixed before my concert.
