For about a month now I haven't been able to use International calling. Whenever I call any number in Germany the phone goes immediately to a busy signal. I've called several numbers in several cities in Germany... same results. Talked to technicians at Tracfone multiple times for many hours and they are not able to figure it out and/or fix it. Until now everything worked fine! So disappointed!

Edit: app still acting up. Still flickers and unable to use even when on tracfone data. Please fix so i can call friends & family overseas. Thanks in advance Prior review: Normally, this is a great and easy app to use, but for some unknown reason, cannot use it today. Never had this issue before, regardless of if on data or wifi. Today, I'm on wifi. App wo 't fully boot up. I had wanted to call some overseas friends to use up my int'l minutes. I have the latezt update too

Has worked well in the past, but recently stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but after going through the setup screens each time, it states "System error Try again" and to contact customer service if not resolved. I called customer service, pulled the phone battery out and reinstalled as they suggested, but that didn't fix problem. Maybe there's a glitch in the app.
