App finally started working again, and all my data, minutes, and text disappeared. after many frustrating hours with customer service, I was only able to retrieve part of my data, with no explanation given for the missing 16 gigs. I suspect they're using the recent app shutdown/malfunction as an excuse to steal data back from their customers across-the-board. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Literally have been trying to get my phone and sim card connected for over 3 hours. This has to be the worst customer service ever. Phone keeps saying emergency calls only, and for some reason I've spoken through chat messaging with 5 different people. The convo always starts and ends the same. Takes forever to get a response and if you don't respond in a minute you're disconnected. Hire some competent people or I'm done being a customer. Respectfully.

Takes forever to load my balances, if it doesn't crash first. There's so many issues with this app it isn't close to being amusing: it's been an app for what, a decade? They still have issues when you try to buy data/texts! You get zero warning if you are about to run out of data/texts/calls, leaving your family all worried when they can't reach you.
