Ratings and reviews

It's a great app for opportunity to pay low. However, they back you into a corner with auto pay and tell you that the tech support number is 24/7. Then, when you call the Tech Support number. It is not 24/7 so it's already false. There's a reason why people have the opportunity to make setting changes. I do not understand why you have taken that away from your consumers.

I've used this service before purchasing a trip and paid it out of early. Now, it keeps saying it can't set up a payment plan. The trip is half of the cost i paid before. Times are hard for everyone. Just use Affirm or Zip. Uplift is not it. And my credit isn't the greatest but it wasn't before and I was able to get approved for the trip. USE APPS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO DENEY YOU.

I have used uplift in the past for several airline purchases. Just recently, I tried using them and was denied. They wouldn't give me a clear understanding of my denial and there denial letter also does not help you determine why you where denied. I have no idea what changed. Mind you, I'm still in the process of paying off 1 loan. So it's not like they can't see my good payment history with them, since it's automatically withdrawn from your account.
