it is too easy for you to send the order without confirming your order first, causing mistakes in your order. then, when you need to cancel or modify your order, it is impossible to contact support. edit: thank you for your reply,e food, but your live chat was not working- hense my review. we had to call the restaurant to sort it out, which posed difficulties

Wants me to verify my phone number, but doesn't send me a verification code even after 10 attempts, and when I try calling the number they've listed in case you don't get a code, you get a barely intelligible automated message saying "the number has moved (?)" and to "refer to the communication they have already sent you" and no progress. I guess I am starving tonight.

The app is quick, easy to use and has a lot of options with only minor glitches every once In a while... The customer service is good, kind and efficient. The charges are extreme. Note that I am not talking about the delivery cost which ranges from cheap to justified but the e-food service fees which are ridiculously high. It is completely understandable that great service must be rewarded and that people need their wages but the service fees can be close to 6-7% which is a joke.

What’s new

This efood version may look the same as the one you already have, but while you’re ordering, it will fix many bugs, it will improve the ordering experience and will make the app work even better.
