Verint WorkView enables employees to enjoy the benefits of the Verint Customer Engagement Optimization suite while being mobile. The app is a unified extension of the core solution. It engages and empowers employees by delivering, on-demand actionable intelligence on-the-go, and allows them to swiftly respond, and take action from the convenience of their own mobile devices.

Employees can:
• View their daily and future schedules as well as their performance scorecard…
• Submit, edit, waitlist, withdraw, time off requests and other schedule changes
• Stay informed on changes as they happen

Well, I didn't this app could get any worse, but they proved me wrong! I can't even get past the welcome screen anymore. the buttons on the bottom (skip, exit) are grayed out and now I can't access anything in the app. Wonderful job guys, you've managed to make an almost useless app completely useless!

completely useless app! always says credentials are incorrect when they most definitely are correct since I use this same login and password for my work computer, and for over the past year I STILL have not been able to ever use this app! and others at my job also have this issue too! WASTE OF TIME DO NOT EVEN TRY! you won't ever be able to login! and these developers will not update and have not updated this even over a year ago! if I could give zero stars, I would!

"No activity fetched from server. Please try again to create the request" I've had this message for over 2 months, and nothing has happened. Some of my coworkers have as well as supposedly this was being fix and yet nothing has happened. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted cache through app and still nothing. This app is supposed to be convenient but it's frustrating.
