If I could give it 0 stars... What a wretched app. For over 3 years, it has remained a broken app! Everytime I click on something, it says there was a problem. I tried to give feedback through thebapp and even that remains with issues. It just presents an error. I have updated the app only to find the same. Why does it always have problems? Please make it work properly!

I specifically installed this because for some reason you removed the chat functionality from the website only to find that IT DOESN'T WORK. Maybe bring it back, then? 😑 EDIT: Vodafone/Ziggo responded saying that the button is present, but when it comes to Ziggo it definitely is not. It seems the messaging started working after installing it a few days ago, though, but it's flimsy and doesn't always load, while the chat still is disabled. Given this the review stays with 1*.

Hello Agustín, thank you for your update. How strange that you can`t get our Messenger option to work. Have your tried to reboot your telephone and connect to an other internet connection? Home page is empty and chat feature does not work at all. Tapping on the chat icon doesn't do anything. Ironic considering there are no other free support options for non landline customers...

If you're no longer a customer, you no longer have access to all functionalities. The chat should still work, however! If it doesn't, there are other free channels you can use. There's a chat on our website, or you can DM @ZiggoWebcare or @VodafoneNL through social media.
