I've been coming here to get sandwiches a lot which are great. Encouraged to use the app to rack up a rewards but when downloaded it either will not open or will not let me click create account. What good is it if you can't create the account and use the app? Keeps giving a low connectivity error message upon clicking on the app. No connection yet same error message when trying to login. tells me that the error message is from your servers #15! Mult. tries, giving up!!!

Wish I could give it zero. For a company that serves genticly modified foods(fakefood). It certainly makes enough profit to put into a working platform. Constantly wants to update the location, wants to connect to wifi scanning at all times. Freezes when actually trying to use the points. There are ways to get people to not use their points. Just make it difficult so you don't even try. Honestly takes 30 minutes to order something using your points. That's by design, not by mistake.

The app is terrible! When you place an order, you have to have a location on. When you keep going from rewards to menu and to cart, you have to keep confirming the store you're picking up from. When you check out, it always tells you there's an error you will have to try again later. They make your rewards card, reward barcode and payment barcode separate so the cashier has to scan your phone 3 times. Wawa's food is just expensive.
