very cool device and interesting app. I can't get into one specific mode to test a relay on one vehicle, but was able to on a different vehicle. So here I sit. 100 bucks down the tubes and a whole day to continue to waste while customer service is 100% nonexistent. emails bounce. Phone calls go to voicemail chat bot keeps stalling. Now i am back to shotgunning parts since I can't use this tool for troubleshooting. Other than that, I like it. But my first impression is not great

Excellent value and diagnostic capabilities that punch way above this tool's price point. At first, I thought a real-time sensor dashboard and graphing monitor were missing, but it turns out I was just overlooking it in the app interface. It's fully capable of real-time tracking, making this an absolute steal for the price.

I needed a code reader that offered more than the basics, and this one has exceeded my expectations. The bidirectional functions make troubleshooting far easier, and the lack of ads or subscription fees is a huge plus. It’s affordable, reliable, and has handled everything I’ve needed without issues. My opinion is GearWrench really delivers a solid device for maintaining my vehicles at a great value.
