this is perhaps the worst application I've ever used. many loading screens and failed requests every single time, requiring multiple full app restarts. it takes me several minutes to perform basic functions. Aldi, I'm a software engineer, and I think I can accomplish something better than your entire mobile team given a month and their budget. contact me please, so no one else has to suffer more of their life lost looking at your godforsaken loading screens.

Tried to top up credit multiple times over several hours which didn't work. A few days later all the top ups came through so I now have €50 credit. I reached out to get it reversed but nobody replied so I cancelled it with my bank. Closed my aldi talk account because it is issue after issue with them, only for them to reject my number transfer for 2 weeks for no reason. Finally accepted and now I have to wait a week for it to transfer. EDIT: still 4 days to wait for number portability.

Useless app full of bugs, useless company. They are not able to verify my bank account in almost two months. So I cannot add credit. I managed to buy credit in the supermarket and add it, but i am still not able to book tarifs. The money just stays there and i cannot even switch to the basic tarif. I tried to call the customer service they do not recognize my phone number as aldi talk! What a joke!
