It's ok for a free app, but not something I'd pay for if I wanted more. I just need a basic app to track my fasting times, no bells or whistles needed. This app does that, but it's a bit glitchy. On the graph, it often incorrectly shows I've been fasting for 24 hrs. It's annoying because that's kind of the bare bones minimum the app is supposed to do. The upgrade ads are extreme, constant, and very in-your-face. Unfortunately you can't turn them off without sacrificing reminder notifications.

I'm an advanced faster thanks to using this app for over 3 years. But it was a big mistake to allow auto updating as now you will be punished for not paying for their service. You have now thrown away an almost 4 year relationship with me and have earned 1 star for having the most obnoxious and intrusive ads every time I make an entry. Once you become an experienced faster, you don't need to pay for advanced features. But the ads make it impossible to stay on the free version & can't be muted!

I have only used this for 3 days, and it's a bit confusing with so much information. I'm sure I will get used to it. I moved from MyfitnessPal, and that was pretty straightforward. One of my biggest dislikes so far it this app not syncing with Samsung Health. Having to log everything thing in manually is exaughsting. I have to log in my steps and my workouts, and I hate doing it. If this app was updated to sync with Samsung Health, I would be wonderful. I'll wait a month or so before I update.
