doesn't work as expected. - No matter how many times I repeated the order, it doesn't count the cost for the extra baggage and insurance I ordered. - There's no "back"/"previous step" facility once you rich the payment process. So when I got the problem in point 1, I should close the app. - It doesn't have facility for checking our unfinished order. When I open the app again, I couldn't access the previous order. BUT the seat I choose previously isnt available because of that previous order.

It's been error since several months ago, but nothing's changed. What annoys me is that the check in counter staffs not even know it, or maybe just pretend. I'd prefer another airlines until you fix it. Update: Fixed after I reinstalled it, but still a bit slower than another travel apps. Please don't set round-trip as the default flight search.

untuk kursi yg tidak berbayar dipilihkan random, buat yg travel in group kursinya terlalu random mental terlalu jauh, in my case, 1 kursi di 7 dan 1 kursi di 30. conclusion: the app wasn't much help. Better to check in offline.
