i am very satisfied with Instamart. Everything about the service is excellent the delivery is fast, the app is easy to use, and the products are fresh and of good quality. I had a smooth and hassle-free experience from ordering to receiving my groceries. Overall, Instamart makes shopping very convenient, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Ordered a 70mm lock but received a 50mm instead. I immediately raised a complaint and provided all the details along with images, but the customer service team took over an hour just to "check" the issue and still couldn’t resolve it. The wrong item was not picked up or returned. When I escalated, they asked me to wait 4–8 hrs for an email update, but I never received any communication. Extremely poor service and frustrating experience.

have to edit this from a 5 star to a 2 star. Due to how poor they've made the customer care service now, earlier it was that the people used to talk to us and resolve our issues themselves, but now they just give some automated messages don't even budge to do anything. Yesterday I ordered something and they delivered me something else (maybe due to false advertisement) and I reported, but 24 hours have been passed and not even a single help has been offered to me. Truly Dissapointing!!
