Very disappointed with my recent Instamart order. I urgently needed a USB adapter and paid online, but the delivery agent refused to deliver to my address and asked me to come to his chosen point instead. Despite me giving full details and even offering extra charges, my order was cancelled without my permission. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on quick and reliable delivery. Instamart needs to take strict action to avoid this happening again.

Good app, great service, amazing discounts. But please stop spamming notifications. it's too much. and I don't remember giving you guys permission to send me spam notifications on WhatsApp so stop doing that as well. Also, your promotional spam is categorised as "general" notifications on Android, which means to turn off spam I have to turn off all notifications. I won't buy stuff just because I'm getting flooded with notifications, I might someday stop using your app however.

Never buy something from this app. They don't have any customer care number. We can only mail them and they reply to the mail only if they wish to. I ordered from the app and the product I received didn't fit me. I talked to them in chat and they said they would refund the money and take back the item. The next day they asked me to mail the same and now they are saying they won't refund my money. Better to buy from Flipkart minutes or physically from the store. Looters.
