Very bad experience. Orders are not delivered on time, and one of my orders arrived with a missing item. Only when I raised a complaint did they inform me that the item was unavailable. I had to cross-check carefully to understand this; otherwise, most customers wouldn’t even notice. It feels like they are making money through such practices.

Today I ordered an umbrella. After it came the quality was worst the colour shown in the image vs what I received are different i complaint on the chat support they are literally ignoring and then I mailed they are just copy pasting the email that company has provided them. Very bad customer experience, I am not going to use this app anymore 😠.

beware. Horrible Service. I ordered items worth 3000 rupees and one item worth 430 is missing from the order. On filing a complaint, there was no response. had to write a separate email just to get told that they won't be offering any refund or replacement. this was the first time i bought monthly groceries from here but never again. get your items checked or they refuse to replace or refund. needless to say, will be uninstalling both Instamart and Swiggy. be cautious of these looters.
