Extremely disappointed with late delivery and missing items I ordered registers and pens with a guaranteed delivery time of 20 minutes, but the order was not delivered on time. This delay caused a big inconvenience as I needed these items urgently. Timely delivery is critical for such orders, and the failure to meet the promised time is unacceptable. I expected better service and communication regarding the delay. I hope the service improves or I will have to look for alternatives.

Worst Customer support, I ordered a few items and one of them was missing while I got delivery and the delivery agent assured me that I have to contact customer support for the refund related to that item. But they refused to provide support by saying they couldn't verify my claim. I contacted them through mail also but the reply was the same.

Very bad experience. Orders are not delivered on time, and one of my orders arrived with a missing item. Only when I raised a complaint did they inform me that the item was unavailable. I had to cross-check carefully to understand this; otherwise, most customers wouldn’t even notice. It feels like they are making money through such practices.
