I was chatting with an agent, and was surprised to know how VERY INCONVENIENT requesting a higher credit limit is. You've to first actually close your savings space/business credit, and wait for 3mons to reapply. 😵 Wio is making it extremely hard for its customers when it could be simply done by reviewing and approving/rejecting the request. You need to reassess your policies if you want to keep long-term customers. 👎🙅♂️

Hello, we’re sorry for the confusion. If you already have an existing Wio Credit and would like to request a higher limit, you’ll need to:
- Settle all pending transactions and clear the balance.
- Close the credit account in the Wio Personal app.
- Wait up to 24 hours for the closure to process.
- Reapply for credit via the Wio Personal app.

Warning! Do not attempt to open the account through the app, while opening the account through app you'll need to provide personal details like your email. After submitting your details, you will receive an error message saying, "Oops! Contact customer service," and your request will be denied. There’s no customer service info, and you can’t delete your app account, risking the sharing of your confidential information for ever to an unknown party, . Please be cautious!

May be the worst bank of the UAE, when things are going well then its fine, as soon as you face an issue, you will find nobody to assist you, I called and spoke for 14 minutes to get my issue resolved but unsuccessful, I started chat on WhatsApp at 7:30pm and till 4am I kept on discussing but unsuccessful, completely unprofessional and untrained staff, they do not have enough information to assist others, 3 representative left and transferred my chat other, and he starts over from verification
